Welcome to Beamware! These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Beamware, outlining the terms and conditions governing the use of our software and services. By accessing or utilizing Beamware, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision herein, kindly refrain from using Beamware.

1. Account Registration:

To avail yourself of Beamware's services, registration with a valid email address is mandatory. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and security of the information provided during the registration process. Singular account usage is enforced, and multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of our user base and ensure fair access to Beamware services. Account sharing is expressly forbidden. Users found in violation of this policy may face immediate suspension or termination of their accounts.

1.1. Age Requirement: By registering for an account with Beamware, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or, if you are a minor, that you have obtained parental authorization to use Beamware. If you are a parent or guardian allowing a minor to use Beamware, you are solely responsible for ensuring that the minor complies with these Terms.

2. License and Access:

Users may acquire a license, entitling them to either time-limited or lifetime access to the program. The acquisition of a license is a revocable privilege and not a transfer of ownership. License access periods are cumulative, with additional licenses extending the aggregate access time. It is important to note that the terms of the license, including access duration, are clearly outlined at the time of purchase. The license permits utilization on multiple devices but strictly prohibits sharing with others, including family and friends. This provision is in place to safeguard the integrity of individual licenses.

3. License Acquisition:

Beamware licenses are exclusively procurable from the official website, authorized staff members, or approved resellers. Any acquisition from unauthorized sources is categorically prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the license. The integrity of the licensing system is crucial to the proper functioning of Beamware, and users are urged to exercise due diligence when obtaining licenses.

4. Refund Policy:

Beamware is generally non-refundable, subject to specific conditions outlined in the refund policy. Users are encouraged to thoroughly review the refund policy before making any purchase. Refund requests will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, as detailed in the refund policy. Beamware reserves the right to determine the eligibility of refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

5. Prohibited Actions:

Users are expressly prohibited from engaging in activities such as reverse engineering, decompiling, dumping, cracking, or hacking Beamware files/code. These activities are in direct violation of our intellectual property rights and may result in legal action. Any attempt to circumvent the security measures put in place to protect Beamware's codebase is strictly forbidden and may lead to immediate termination of the user's account.

6. User Responsibility:

Users bear sole responsibility for any damages arising from the use of Beamware, encompassing harm to themselves, others, computer systems, games, servers, or any other related entities. This includes any legal or financial repercussions resulting from the user's actions. Beamware assumes no liability for the manner in which users choose to employ the program. Users are encouraged to use Beamware responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

7. No Warranty:

Beamware is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide a reliable and secure service, we make no guarantees regarding the functionality, performance, or availability of Beamware. Users acknowledge that the use of Beamware is at their own risk and discretion. Beamware disclaims any warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Account Suspension and Termination:

Beamware staff retains the discretionary right to suspend or terminate user accounts at any time and for any reason, without prior warning or notice. This measure is in place to ensure the continued integrity and security of the Beamware community. Users are encouraged to review and adhere to these Terms to prevent actions that may lead to the suspension or termination of their accounts. Any attempt to circumvent disciplinary actions may result in more severe consequences.

9. Service Termination:

Beamware reserves the right to terminate servers, cease services, and cancel all subscriptions, including lifetime licenses, at any time without obligation to provide justification or advance notice. While we strive to provide uninterrupted services, users acknowledge that Beamware may, at its discretion, discontinue services for reasons including but not limited to technological changes, business decisions, or external factors beyond our control.

10. Usage Limitations:

Beamware may only be deployed on RUST servers that expressly permit scripting. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with server rules and regulations when using Beamware. Any violation of server rules resulting from the use of Beamware is the sole responsibility of the user. Beamware disclaims any liability for actions taken by game server administrators in response to the use of our program.

11. Bans and Liabilities:

Beamware disclaims any responsibility for game-related bans resulting from its use, including VAC bans, EAC bans, manual bans, and server bans. Users are urged to use Beamware responsibly and in compliance with game server rules. No refunds shall be issued in the event of any ban, regardless of the circumstances. Users are encouraged to review and understand the potential consequences of using Beamware on game servers before making any purchase.

Your utilization of Beamware is contingent upon compliance with these Terms. Non-compliance may result in the termination of your account and access to Beamware services. Beamware reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms at its discretion and without prior notice. It is incumbent upon you to periodically review these Terms for updates. Continued use of Beamware following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
